Struggling with anxiety and keeping a job. New diagnosis from doctor!

Hello all! I'm brand new here, just signed up.

A little about me...i was diagnosed with bipolar depression a long time ago. Seen a new doctor yesterday and she told me it sounded more like borderline personality disorder.

I have a horrible time holding down a job due to anxiety. My new job is giving me a week off so i can focus on getting a bit better before i go back. I signed up for therapy FINALLY after years yesterday, but cannot be seen again until May.

I have 3 kids and a wonderful husband. I just struggle so bad with negative thoughts constantly throughout the day.
