Struggling to sleep.

Hello, I just recently this website it seems nice.

Its been 2 days since my partner left ive been having trouble sleeping, im in so much pain I miss them so much...I would like to know if anyone has been in a similar situation. How did you make it past through all the pain and get a goodnights rest.
