Hi everyone!!


Im Lana,

I used 7 cups a while ago when dealing with stress and anxiety and after healing for a while I’ve found myself needing some more support again as I navigate my way through life post-highschool.


I struggle with anxiety and with maintaining friendships so decided to give this a shot.
