Hello,

I’m new here. I have suffered from anxiety for years. I have also had losses of family and friends. So grief and loneliness are ongoing issues too. I really want to improve my overall mental health. I just feel lost.

Hello everybody,

just trying to keep moving forward. It’s difficult. The loneliness is terrible. Plus the gloomy weather this time of year. One step at a time I guess.
