Moving Forward
I can't change or do anything about the past, and often can't change what happens in the present, except how I respond. So I have decided to move on, and move forward with my life. When I feel down, upset, or hurt about something, past or present, I am finding positive ways to channel my negative thoughts, feelings, and reactions into positive outlets. I think it's a really good start towards a happier, healthier life.
