Feeling bad, in need of a caring friend

I only have 1 friend in my whole middle school due to my social anxiety, and my friend and me had beef and now he’s not talking to me anymore. I wish i could do anything to get better but yet nothing works.     Now im just falling into depression I eat less and drink less too which makes me skinny af compared to my comrades in my grade , I just want a caring friend to talk to…
