Ways to Stay Positive
Does anybody else struggle staying positive? What are some ways to help staying positive when you feel low, down, depressed whatever you are feel. It hard staying positive when you feel their is no hope or things will get better. Just know that it will get better and keep moving forward and keep on trying.
Staying positive is hard, but it really helps to surround yourself with positivity. Have positive friends, listen to positive music, watch positive movies and read positive books. This all really helps. Although, it's okay if you're not always positive 24/7 it can be hard
It can be hard to stay positive 24/7....however make sure you get rid of toxic in your life to start. Postive relationships, doing things that make you happy, hobbies, exercise for those natural great endorphins, getting outdoors, venting, eating healthy, getting enough sleep! Its okay to have a down moment but just remember its okay...and time to put a smile on your face and move forward. Sometimes faking it til you make it actually improves your mood.....do an act of kindness and make someone else smile if you are feeling really stuck ;)
Learning to be positive over a period of time instead of just in short bursts can be achieved through a lot of practice. A way to start is to ask yourself what kind of activities make you feel the very best about yourself, whether that's walking your dog, doing random acts of kindness, or texting your mom to tell her to have a good day. Along with this, gratitude is extremely important when it comes to maintaining a positive mindset, and an easy way to do this is to make a list of all the things you are grateful for in your life (And to make this even simpler, 7cups has a feature called your gratitude journal that allows you to do this). :)
I think that everybody know this problem.
May be some of us less or more, but all of us can't stand keeping some problems and thoughts in a head...it can make upset or depressed
But we should looking for something possitive, something that can make us smile and go forvard.
As for me, when I'm deppresed or sad, I like to play casino. There are 20 pounds free no deposit, that's why I don't have to pay and it's enough to relax.
I have a gratitude journal that I write in daily, which helps tremendously and works wonders. Other activities include working out to calling a friend!
