@pinkCamp1949 those notes are for your personal use and basically, you just make a new folder or a new note and you can add text to it and then click save to save it. They can be edited and deleted at any time!

Something else to note is that when you are finished with writing your note, click on Save Note otherwise it won't save :)

That's very strange as there should be a dark blue button that says 'save note'. I recommend that you submit a support ticket in this case:
