If you're studying, leave all of that a few minutes, and take a break. Put your favourite music, find a comfortable place, and take a few minutes concentrating in your respiration. Then when you feel more better, you can continue with your study. Another thing, that you can also do, is take a paper and put all your frustration in that. You can draw, write, or do any figure. The thing is, leave your frustration (or anything else) in that paper. When you finish, you can take away to trash the paper, and let it go everything that makes you uncomfortable. Remember to take breaks when you study, for a better concentrating.

This definitely helped me because I was overthinking about taking a quick study break and called it procrastinating when it was really just me recharging for a sec

Either music or maybe some other ready to follow sound. If you are still at home and have a pet you could stroke it to help you calm down.
