I come from a drug-fueled,abusive, Misogynist household. A lot of that still comes back to me in dreams and flashbacks.

I know PTSD can be really difficult to deal with, but you can definitely handle it. I won't say it gets better over night, because it doesn't. As long as you work towards trying to work things out for yourself and knowing you didn't do anything wrong, it will get better. If you ever need to talk, feel free to send me a message.
