Childhood sexual abuse and other traumas

I an ab adult survivor of Childhood sexual abuse.

I was around the age of 5 when my father's cousin sexually abused me at a party in front of everyone and nobody saw. Then one of my boyfriends sexually assaulted me, but u only found out years later that it was assault... Like in July. Then my fitness coach inappropriately tried touching me and a friend of mine did unconsensual things to me......

Because my father never believed me, it became an unspoken topic in our family for 39 years until my family went through a crisis two months ago and everything I had buries so deep down was brought to the surface in one foul swoop......
