I've been using 7 cups for a few years now but never thought of posting here. So here I am. Have experienced different types of trauma and trying to get past it and recover from it.

I am new as well and so grateful for the community. I believe I’m suffering from PTSD from being in a house fire & losing my dogs last year. And living at home with a narcissistic parent who is emotionally enmeshed. So my mind is constantly all over the place
