Either Too Restful or Restless
looking for advice, how do you manage burnout or emotional distress?
i get stuck between resting tooo much and not resting at all.

Hi, you asked a good question. One that I deal with constantly. My doctors have said to set a regular time to wake up and to go to bed. After following this routine for a while your body will adapt to the schedule. I myself am still trying to do that. Also no caffeine or alcohol several hours before bedtime.

Managing burnout and stress is difficult, but part of it is also how much you are putting on your plate each day. Things like Google calendar or other scheduling tools can help you keep track of things and what you need to do from day to day, so that you don't take on too much in one go and spread tasks out. However, always keep in mind that as much as you try to utilize every minute of every day, you can't do everything, so it's good to make sure you aren't doing too many things and know what your limits are.
