What Is a diagnosis ? At this point I have went 28 years without receiving any diagnosis. .. I have felt lost and different always ending up in the same cycle almost in a grave. I finally am on a path to deal who this trauma but what most people don’t understand is that the trauma that put you there isolates you and makes you so alone … trauma processing and being alone don’t go well together nor does it make friends.

@Ethel94alone I'm sorry you're going through this, that's a terribly lonely place to be after such a long time dealing with it throughout your life. It sounds like you have a good understanding of how cptsd affects you, and are on a path working through it now after not having that opportunity for many years before.
