Good morning and happy Monday everyone.
I hope everyone is starting their day off with healthy breakfast. I've been terrible with eating solid meals. I snack on junk food all the time. Eating healthy has a lot to with my overall wellbeing including my mood. Has anyone find this to be true as well?
Just wanted to see if we can share tips or two about eating healthy and how it affects our mood personally.

Hello. Unfortunately, I haven't been eating much either and when I do, it tends to be snickerdoodle ice cream lol. I've been struggling a lot with flashbacks and nightmares as my stress levels rise. I've got a new job and just started school and it's all just so overwhelming that I hardly take care of myself. I'm already even starting to slack on studying.
On the plus, I did tell myself that I shouldn't wait to feel like hurting myself to get help so I went and signed up for an intake appointment with the school psychologist to help get my grades back up and hopefully get a much needed routine started. :)
