How did you get back up from a fall?

limegreenTown5600 October 26th, 2021

I have questions for those who were living successfully but suddenly fell on the ground:

What was the reason of your fall?

How did you get back up?

How long did it take you to recover?

Who/what were your support system?

What was that moment of realization that you're finally getting back on track?

And lastly, are you happy now?

Please share your experience, it would help a lot. Thank you!

Hi limegreenTown5600, these are some very good questions to ask and I will try to answer them as best as I can.

What was the reason of your fall? It could be unprocessed or half processed memories, simply things which never got solved. I do personally believe though, falling down is part of life, staying down not.

How did you get back up? Focusing on my strengths, knowing I've managed hard stuff before and reminding me of it, strongly believing how dark it might look like now it will look bright again so walking towards the smallest light makes sense.

How long did it take you to recover? Depends on the fall, hard to say. Now usually quite fast due to the help of 7cups friends

Who/what were your support system? 7cups and myself ๐Ÿ˜Š

What was that moment of realization that you're finally getting back on track? I have a choice what thought to make stay in my mind, either I stay down or I want to live, enjoy the sunshine, the walks, breeze fresh air, enjoy good food, so much good in this world!

And lastly, are you happy now? Yes

@limegreen

What was the reason of your fall? The reason for my fall was trying to be and do for others and I lost myself.

How did you get back up? It took me awhile to realize that I had a right to say no. I did not want to make people mad at me.

How long did it take you to recover? I can say at least several months

Who/what were your support system? I had no support system, I was all I had.

What was that moment of realization that you're finally getting back on track? When I told myself no more and They accept me or not I did not care. I was ready to find me.

And lastly, are you happy now? I still have my ish but for the most part I can say I content or accepting of where I am. No war going on inside.

Please share your experience, it would help a lot. Thank you!
