Welcome to 7Cups! Sounds like you are a feeling a little confused, that is totally okay and would be expected when starting a new platform. There are two ways which you can connect to listeners, either through the browse listener link: https://www.7cups.com/BrowseListeners/ or by requesting a chat. Browsing for a listener is especially helpful if you wanted to filter through and find a listener which is a best match for you.

@Lenuss welcome to 7 Cups. I am sorry this may seem a bit confusing at first, but that will become clearer as you follow some of the links that Luna gave to you to browse for a listener. Basically what that involves is clicking on the link https://www.7cups.com/BrowseListeners/ and click on a listener or keep browsing till you find one you want. Then when you see a screen come up to type in type in Hello and wait for them to reply.

If it says to leave a message you can try that or keep searching for a listener that is ready to do a 1-1 which is a chat similar to this forum only in a different kind of screen.
