I just started medicine to get my thoughts in line so I can focus. But I'm still unsure of coping mechanisms of how to deal with my gfs negative attitude. Can any one help

I can't afford to pay out of pocket and need someone that will take my insurance. But for now I am looking into every available option to me. Thank you for all your help I will definitely be looking into all those pages when I get home from work tonight

@desperatelyseekinghelp37 sounds good. Some insurance companies will pay for online therapy. If you check with them they may be able to tell you.
