What keeps you going? What are some way to keep yourself on track with goals and life?

@ns3011 I find a routine helps me because even though I do not feel like doing something, if it is in the routine or plan, then I usually get myself to do regular exercise and making healthy food.

What motivates you.

In the beginning, spite - proving people wrong about everything they said, showing everyone I can do everything, even if it's not smart.

Now? Purpose. My family, my community, my work. People counting on me.

Those peaceful moments in between everything else that's going on when I truly appreciate how greatful I am to be alive. The moments where I fully relax and just bask in the comfort of being. Full acceptance of what is, and deep gratitude.
