@Ladyybugg2019 I am sorry you are stressed by the challenges in your life. It is not easy for a peer to tell someone else how to get back on track so often people will seek professional help with a therapist (talk) and or psychiatrist (meds).

These may give you some options to consider. Many of them involve getting involved with other people. Sometimes a problem shared is not as heavy to carry. If none of the free options appeal to you, you may want to give serious consideration to getting professional help because depression can have symptoms that take more than talk to get under control. A lot depends on how much it is disrupting your life and how much you are willing to do for self care.

If you are looking for online therapy at 7cups, there is a paid option. More info here https://www.7cups.com/online-therapy/?ob=1

For free options: You can browse for a listener. https://www.7cups.com/BrowseListeners/ .

There are free self help guides https://www.7cups.com/supportGuides/selfHelpGuides.php

Sharing Circle is listed as one of the Group Support rooms https://www.7cups.com/connect/groupChatrooms.php

If you want to try lifestyle changes in addition to seeking professional help, you might consider exercise, mindfulness, eating healthy moderate protein low carb diet, getting fresh air and either online or in real life social contact.
