Forgetting past and how to move on...
I have been really struggling lately to move on , I have broke up with a person and also things have ended between me and my best friend , I have tried talking to listener that didn't worked out , Also I have bipolar disorder and perfectly hidden depression and cuz of hidden depression whenever I am sad a or worried I just think that I am stressing over nothing or I should be grateful and it is really hard for me to manage and feel my emotions and bipolar just always brings me back to where I start I just have really hard mood swings I go from feeling extremely high manic to extremely low and it is just really hard to keep up with this all specially when I get triggered by things but still I am trying and trying I just need advice and few tips on how to move on and continue life??π£π£π₯π₯π«π
@Ladyybugg2019 I am sorry you have challenges with bipolar disorder. Those mood swings can make life challenging.
You might consider having a therapist (talk) and or a psychiatrist (medications to achieve more stable moods). Mania and depression can both be very disruptive to I hope you consider alternatives that may calm your mood swings.
