Asking advices on difficult in thinking independently

I have a difficult situation of thinking critically and indenpendently.I can feel that my consciouness telling me what is right and wrong but I feel my mind just keeps deying and I can't keep myself to think it right .Even though it feel like the matter is wrong,I was like maybe it is right or wrong,I feel like I am living in the middle,even though I feel I should step in one side.I feel I couldn't decide and think like a normal person does now. I feel like I can't conclude the final decision of the thoughts of what is right or wrong. It has been a few months since I had anxiety problems and depression period.I even thought that do i need to think independently and why as I feel like I couldn't think the reason for that but I feel I need to think independently.I am worried why I am feeling this way and can you give some advices about my condition.

Remember, you're not supposed to have all the answers right now. It's okay to ask for help; taking care of yourself is important. It might not feel like it now, but things can improve with the proper support and tools.

@GreenTea3040 it is not always easy for me to figure things out in my head so I write things down on paper.

I write all the things I am thinking of doing one per page and then list the possible consequences of that action. It may help me eliminate options with consequences I want to avoid.

Sometimes sleeping on a question also helps me.

I’m sorry that you’ve been a hard time, and sometimes I did feel the same way as you did.

We all want to control something especially if the thing is uncertain, because it’s hard for us to decide right now whether it will be beneficial or not in the future. So the anxiety will drive us to become worried, mad and depressed about it all the time. All I hope you know is that it’s ok to think wrong, we could not make the perfect decision since we are in a struggle and there’re many factors to interfere our feelings.

It’s good for us to hold the thing that we’re certain about (for example, I can control what I eat today) and don’t let the fear ruin those things💛
