It's so long ago that I danced ballet but one of my favorite steps was plie. Some people say that ballet helps with posture, but I also find with confidence.Ā  What is your favorite step?

@amiablePeace77 Plie is a very fun one. If you know plie, you can do so many things. Everything builds.
