here are things that help live on a healthy life
1)listening to yourself and your instincts, when you feel like something is wrong and missing
2) not being too bothered about the bad comments others may make on you,
its difficult to ignore them but they certainly aren't worth, injecting into your mind for
3)loving and take care of yourself first, before you try to shower others with your time and affection
we can always do things to make ourselves better, sometimes we just need to invest more time and effort into our selves

1) Do the dishes or clean up after the meal. It is more difficult if it piles up on the counters and in my mind.
2) Find a little joy every day. Even if there is lots to do, find time for a little joy.
3) Don't look back with regret. Don't look ahead think happiness is somewhere in the future. Find something in this moment to be grateful for.

Good point about trying not being bothered about what other people say about us. Some people just want to use us to dump their own frustration or anger. We can learn to decide whether we let the negative energy touch us or block it.
