Taking care of myself seems impossible

So I live with my strict, controlling and abusive parents. They overstack me with chores and treat me like a puppet. On top of that my school is trash and gives us too much work. I barely eat or sleep and stopped my self-care routines and I no longer draw. How can I take care of my mental and physical health better?

@chocobratz888 I am sorry you are feeling like your parents are over working you and school does not seem to be helping.

What routine has worked for you in the past?

@chocobratz888 I am sorry to hear that you feel your parents are over working you.

How long has this been going on and what did you do in the past, that you felt worked for you?

Change your attitude, as a start.

You're looking at life so bleakly whereas others have the same 24 hours with challenges, but conquering their goals. This is a choice you have to make.

You live under your parent's roof therefore their rules will reign. If you're over 16, you can move put, get an apartment, get a job, and take full responsibility of your life including bills. I promise you, life is greener in your parents house!

If your school is giving you a lot of work, this is quite healthy and consolidates what you need to learn.

The fact that you're self neglecting, not eating or sleeping well, I question whether you're actually depressed? Please see your local family practitioner for an assessment. Globally, everything seems to be going downhill which is synonymous with depression. I stress speaking with your doctor.❤
