Hey guys i'm new here, and just looking for advice. Well honesty help, It's a long story.I'm a overthinker and it gets the best of me idk how to deal with it so it's leads to me feeling depressed especially when i don't have anything to smoke. Besides that i have attachment issues and just got out of a toxic 5 year relationship how do i move past that. I mean i pray and read this bible app verse of the day everyday but i still feel nothing but my life getting worse how can i just feel better or work with the issues to start feeling better.
