Although members cannot message (pm) one another, there are still alternative ways for them to connect apart from the forum.
You can arrange in the forum to meet in the group chat rooms or join the Support Room 24/7 to get support. Another way is to join the Member Community Room for lighthearted chats with fellow members and listeners or join discussions and open chats.
