Feeling overwhelmed
I've recently felt more overwhelmed and like a mess. I'm tired of feeling emotionally trapped and just wish I could find release before I end up snapping

It seems you're going through a lot right now and things reached a boiling point. I find talking to someone, just sharing what's on your mind is already very helpful or also journaling about thoughts.

It's hard to deal with overwhelming emotions and it can take a while to find calm and balance again. It might help to participate in the upcoming mindfulness discussion Emotions and Feelings, starting at 5 pm edt., so in 30 minutes, in the Mindfulness Support Room. (pls check your inbox for a message from me).
Sadly none of these help they worsen me
