Hi How to deal with thought that sticking on my head specially when someone is mad with me

Hi optimisticThinker, sorry to hear that there are thoughts on your mind which keep you busy and might also take away the focus you need in your day. I find grounding is very helpful to "get out of your head" into the now or just distracting yourself with exercise or a hobby until you are ready to explore what might be behind those thoughts that they keep coming back. It can help to just sit down and tune into your body to see what feelings come up.

You mentioned also that they are present when someone is mad at you. Do you find it hard to be in a disharmony with someone and rather get things sorted out to regain a clear mind?
