i've never done this before, but i had a breakdown this morning and i'm just so tired of being so dependent on something that's ruining my life. i know i can't quit forever, i'm not ready for that, but i'm going to try and go a week sober.

Just the thought of trying to breakthrough the addiction is so very courageous also, and I am so proud of you for willing to try at it ! Slow steps ,and at your pace, you can do it 🤗❤
