Valium withdrawals, support needed

Hello,


I gave up taking Valium some days ago, and I'm having withdrawals symptoms. I cannot drink alcohol anymore because of that -> some alcohol withdrawals too.


It's hard, but I want to keep going this way.

Today I am two weeks Valium free.

congratulations loop! That’s amazing, 2 weeks is great keep strong you got this, this month is recovery awareness month dont hesitate to get involved with in. We are also hosting some interviews for recoverers too if your interested in answering some questions you would also be posted with the answers to the forum along with other participants <3

I can answer some questions, yeah. It's "fun" that it's recovery awareness month.


But right now it's difficult to do anything. Mornings are sometimes so hard :( ...
