Valium withdrawals, support needed
Hello,
I gave up taking Valium some days ago, and I'm having withdrawals symptoms. I cannot drink alcohol anymore because of that -> some alcohol withdrawals too.
It's hard, but I want to keep going this way.

Today I am two weeks Valium free.
Not feeling well, but happy.

congratulations loop! That’s amazing, 2 weeks is great keep strong you got this, this month is recovery awareness month dont hesitate to get involved with in. I can answer some questions, yeah. It's "fun" that it's recovery awareness month.
But right now it's difficult to do anything. Mornings are sometimes so hard :( ...
