Biggest depression of my life so I relapsed
I had 3 years. Maybe the pandemic has done it to me. But I disappointed my whole family and the trust is almost gone again. I felt SO embarrassed after it all and which just makes me hate mysef even more. Why do I do this to myself?
What matters is what you are doing about it now. My hope for you is that you seek whatever support you need to get back on track as quickly as possible and that your family will recognize your resiliency and perseverance instead of looking at your mistakes. Take it one day at a time and remember that you know your truth. Your higher power is waiting for you to surrender. Step 1

im sorry to hear about your relapse, i hope you found your way back to recovery, never be ashamed of falling down girl because it just give you an oppurtinity to become stronger in the end, you got this.
it may take time but remeber the hard work is worth it and you deserve to live a sober life and live and be happy and free from addiction!
