Baby Boomers addicted

Alcohol use and other drugs is an emerging problem for the baby boomers. I am ashamed to say that I take the combination evvery day - etizam, tablets which contain opium, buspar, xanax. diazapam, alcohol, sleeping tablets. I know this is not a good habit! I want to come of them all, so seeking ideas about what to start with and how I manage the symptoms of stopping all of these.
