10 years sober

I’m here to being words of encouragement I’m a recovering addict. I started using opiates at 14 and was off to the races. I was everything I never thought I would be. I never thought i had the potential to get clean and live a happy life. I can proudly say today I am going on 10 years clean. Everyday is minute by minute second by second. You can do this! You are so loved! You are WORTHY of a beautiful life. Addiction doesn’t define you. It is not you. It is a coping strategy for all the hurt. I completely understand I was there for 15 years.
