Hi Indigo😃👋 I’m really sorry you’re feeling this way, but I’m glad you reached out. Senior year can be so overwhelming, especially when you’re juggling college applications, schoolwork, and everything else. I completely understand how stressful it can be—last year, I made some mistakes with deadlines and schoolwork too, which caused a lot of stress. I ended up taking a gap year to reset, and this year, I’ve found that breaking things down with a “to-do list” and focusing on one task at a time really helps me stay on track. Start with simple tasks, like tidying a small area or breaking your to-do list into manageable pieces. That can help create some space and give you a sense of control.

As for your JROTC position and he military not being an option right now. It’s okay to feel disappointed but your leadership skills are still incredibly valuable, and there are many ways to apply them in the future, even if your path looks different than you first imagined. Remember, your well being is a top priority💛 If you’re feeling overwhelmed, don’t hesitate to talk to your partner about it. He may want to support you. And if you need more help, reaching out to a professional can make a huge difference.

You’ve made it this far, and I know you have the strength to keep going. You’ve got this! Take care, warm huggies and kind thoughts to you🤗💖
