Hi! I think that one of the biggest enemies of procrastination is knowing that the more you postpone something you should do, the more of your precious energy has been blocked in it.
From my experience one of the most notorious allies of procrastination is perfectionism. When I think I should do everything perfectly or not even try it all, it's discouraging. Through many years of my education I tried to be "a master of all trades", but this is not the way it works - at least not for a long time...
I know it can be difficult, when you have to face both your own ideas and the expectations of all people around you, but being good at everything seems to be against our human nature.
For me it took, for example, accepting the fact that I am a good photographer - but will never be outstanding, and I can speak some English, but will never do that like an Oxford's graduate 😊
But it's also important to be good to yourself. Your brain is not the same on every wake up, so today you may have more skills for studying literature, and your best day for maths is tomorrow. That is not procrastination, that is, I believe, self-care.
