I used to face a similar struggle, and what really made a difference for me was first pinpointing what motivated me, whether it was the drive for better grades, long-term career goals, or personal interests. Then, I delved into various study techniques, like the Pomodoro Technique (25 minutes of focused study followed by a 5-minute break), using flashcards, or summarizing my notes. Establishing a consistent study routine tailored to my daily life was key because consistency trains our brains to shift into "study mode" at specific times, although it might not work perfectly in the beginning. Another important thing to do is to eliminate distractions and find the right study environment, be it in silence or with some background music.
