With exams coming up soon for a lot of people, the pressure & stress is beginning to build up. Best advice to reduce stress and/or revision tips? Thanks (:

@BatesBeth

Hello,

I moved your post to student support community :)

During exams, I find that the best way to deal with stress is to eat and drink healthy. Avoiding drastic changes in our sleep pattern also helps. Fixed scheduling and revision gives us confidence. I can think of just these right now. I will add more as soon as I remember. For now hope these help!

Best of luck

@BatesBeth
I personally find having a plan for each day to be pretty useful, and calms down a bunch of anxiety/stress .

So for example, by tomorrow, I should have finished notes on page 1 and 2 etc or something like that, and sometimes I structure out my time too, but depends on the task.

I also have a set date by when I should be ready for exams, so I can avoid cramming, because that just increases anxiety and isn't good for our mental or physical health.

I constantly remind myself that it's pretty hard to study and eat healthy and practice self-care and mindfulness in one day, as amazing that would be, so a few slip ups and all of that shouldn't be counted as failure. As long as we get back up and keep going

Good luck in all of your exams!<3

I wish I go back to school and do exams again rather then the stressful life I have as an architecture student...

the books is your friend, all of you have to do is " to know"
