Exams but with no preparation

Hi I am toughlion and I have some exams on my top and because of them I am stressed, not doing anything, and feeling that other people would harm in some way. My Dad wants me to attempt exams but I dont feel able to. Now its a tough situation for me. I hope you guys give some advice or your say on this my situation Thankyou
