Coursework versus experiences

I feel at times that when we think of the concept of studying, we think of online coursework. As a result, we fail to study ourselves and what is right in front of us.

Interesting idea!

If you are taking any classes with theory involved, you could always apply the theory to aspects of your own life or self, as a way of expanding yourself outside of the graded path.
