how do you rate a listener

Sami Jane, hi! You can find the link on the chatroom rules. Just click,the green rules link on any member support room, and at the bottom there is a hyperlink to leave a review for a listener. Just click that link and there you go! You will need to remember the listener's exact name. Hope that helps!

@SamiJane if your question is about 1-1 chat with a listener, when you open your conversation window, under 'send' button there should be a yellow star button. This can be used only after 30 messages have been exchanged between you and listener and when you click on it you will be able to give your listener a star rating and also provide written review. If less than required number of messages has been exchanged and you are unable to click on this button, and you had unpleasant experience, you can click red block button and write a report there. If the listener blocked you and you are unable to find their name among your messages, and you remember their username, you can write to community@7cuposftea.com or use that Listener report form that can be found in group support chatrooms, under chatroom rules, as @MizMickey already stated.
