Hum well I think those concepts are kinda subjective from person to person.

To me wisdom is alot of things. Mostly our perspectives in topics, if they have good arguments, if you study those topics alot. basically someone who knows what they're saying and that they speak with good arguments , a calm voice, and are open to criticism.

Now maturity , this one is harder. I see maturity when people are very open minded and compassionate about things. People who put themselves in other people's shoes and are compassionate. These things also make them grow as a person.
