Can't connect to any listeners

The website is stuck on the "connecting you with a kind human being" bit and doesn't go further. I've tried connecting to other listeners, no cigar. Is this normal?

Unfortunately the site has been experiencing technical difficulties today. You can either browse listeners here and refine your search to ones that are available or you can try checking the chatrooms.
