Bug with new listener request

Hi, I've noticed that if I have an active request for listener and click on "chat with a new listener" and a new window appears to tell me that there is an existing request. If I click on "cancel request" this won't go through as in the button won't move and I won't be moved to a different window. In contrast, if I browse to a new listener and request a chat with them, I can click on "cancel request" without any trouble. This has happened to me repeatedly on different days.

Is this a bug on the site? Could somebody please check it out. I'm using Chrome and saw the same issue with Firefox. Thanks.
