Request: Additions to "Issues you don't want to discuss" ?

HI there. Apologies if this is in the wrong place.
Please can we have some updates to the "issues you don't want to discuss" list for listeners profiles? I don't want to discuss incest or anything sexual, but these aren't checkboxes I can tick. I think it would help a lot of people who have trauma related to these topics to be able to blanket refuse discussion of them! Thank you so much.

I'm actually a bit confused what the function actually does. When I look at listener profiles I don't see this. Does it affect who listeners see in the GR? (anyone who knows please answer!)
