The placement of accessibility Icon.

Hello tech team,

Is there way to move accessibility Icon?

It is geting in the way when there is achievement notification during chat and due to icon, we can't close the green achivement notification specially during chat.

It should be free flowing or there should be check box in profile page if user wants whey can enable.
