For an understanding, helpful, non-judgemental person to talk to THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO! I have tried other sites & this has been my best experience (bar none) so far. Everyone seems eager to help listen & also to help the non tech savvy navigate the site. Was hoping, though, that they may get a listener group for, say 18+, and also a maybe 35+, and something like 50 or 60+, as some in older age groups may not feel someone, say 20 yo could understand. Just a thought, not a criticism or judgement against younger listeners, as they are just (if not more so) as important as older folks. Thanks for being there!
"Bug" When pressing the chat button it delays more than expected and sometimes closes out the app on my galaxy s4 lte

Bug - when clicking to review a Listener, you can input the stars but can't scroll down to the rest of the review. Had to go onto the site on my mobile browser to do it. Could be a problem at my end though, I guess.
Great, simple, app! Easy to navigate and the graphics look really professional! Would definitively recommend! :)
the power off button that neno talks about does not exist. Want to discard some chats. Option muct be added.
Such a well thought out app. You can't help be calmed by the UX.
I really appreciated having more accessible access to 7 Cups of Tea. I don't often have time where I'm sitting at a computer, so having it on my phone has helped me feel more connected.
My one bit of advice is to be careful with your auto-correct typing. I've sent a couple of strange messages because I didn't double-check my smartphone typing skills.
Love the app. I am always busy, so here I can cyberstalk. :D
Hey I reviewed the app!!! Im loving it so far!
it is great help to have the application on tablet and the phone- it lets you get in touch instantly and check up on what's going on 7 cups.
Generally the application is really good - there are no general blocks and it works quite fast. It never freezes or never so far I had to force stop.
I did notice 3things though:
1) Chat update: A lot of times when I am chatting when I start typing, the last few sentences don't appear and as a result if I get new lines while I am typing I don't get these messages until after I've closed the keyboard.
2) Listeners feedback
When looking at a listeners feedback I can't access or see the listeners feedback.
3) Update time:
When logged in and try to check messages, it takes me first to the support group and then to the members individual chat and it does take 10-15 seconds to load.
