I'm so glad I installed this on a whim when a friend mentioned it in passing. As someone who has recently moved to a new city and has no support network yet, but suffers from anxiety and depression, this app is invaluable. It keeps me from feeling like I have nowhere to turn, and thus keeps me from responding to anxiety in harmful ways. Thank you for creating this, and thank you listeners. I hope I can give back to the community someday, too.
