Is this app only for android? I got the app on my I pod but it doesn't work
I love This app!
Hellos a, thaNksfot this great service to humanity.
I think if you could fine tune the program to respond quicker.... and a voice service like that of viber would be awesome.since many things can be seen by hearing the voice of the help sickers.

Overall I like that I can have 7 cups of tea with me in any situation. I find that it is difficult to type fast enough to keep up with a conversation in support chats, and when I go to rate and review it will allow me to rate, but won't let me scroll down to leave a review.
