Q&A Process Streamline

I ran into a minor annoyance when I accidentally closed the Q&A module on my dashboard - the only way to restore it ended up being to clear my internet cookies/cache/history. In the meantime, I realized that there was no other way to answer or submit Q&A responses - There should be a way to do so besides the dashboard module!

I suggest that the Q&A process be redone so that this useful resource can be more easily accessed!
Specifically, I suggest that there be ways on the Q&A page that will allow answers and questions to be submitted there.
